While searching the Net for directions to Paterno St. in Quiapo, where I plan to get a new pair of eye frames and lenses, I stumbled on this blog about an old ancestral house that has fallen into disrepair. Brought to mind the 'abandoned' Singson mansion in Vigan.

NHI, you're needed here.
Thanks, pinoyshooter, for allowing me to share this.
Everything starts with a plan; we move one step at a time. We see the goal, we tread the lane; When we endure, the goal we gain. But plans can die and plans can change; When we move beyond the initial stage and adapt to every opportunity we can, we gain the goal of a better plan.

Thank you for visiting. Hopefully indeed the government as well as the community where these heritage structures are located, both come together in appreciating and putting efforts in conserving these houses. They are a part of our tangible heritage and collective memory.
